Still issues at work

It's been a couple of weeks now since I reported the bullying and expected things to resolved, not necessarily in my favour, but at least to a level of getting things on track in the workplace.
To be honest it hasn't been handled very well at all or in a timely manner and whilst the bully has backed off the spiteful energy and her attitude hasn't changed at all and I feel like enough is enough.
I know I've dealt with it in the appropriate manner following the guidelines of the organisation but even if I take it any further they'll be no change as it appears everyone is happier to stay with the status quo and comfort zone and anyone that comes in and pushes that around just gets deaf ears. One of my other posts on this matter says just that - Falling on deaf ears!!
This is not the first time I've experienced bullying in the work place but it's the first time I've spoken up but I'm now beginning to realise why people do just leave their jobs for another instead of speaking up in this type of situation.

What if I stick it out in my present job Hexagram 63
Pretty much looks like nothing will change and I'll have to guard myself against any misfortune ie. don't take it any further or I may well be the one that loses my job

What if I look out for something else
Hexagram 7.2.4>16
This looks like I should just stay disciplined and do nothing

Side note: according to my astrology lots of things are going to be sorted in my life by the end of September

How many weeks is it now till the woman goes off on maternity leave ? Two weeks ago I thought you said 6 weeks so now it will 4 weeks, she goes away in 4 weeks. After that 4 weeks her life will change irrevocably forever.

So this is an equation really, a balance sheet of pros and cons.

Is it worth leaving your job because of her ? For me it would depend on how much the job meant to me. if the cost of your relationship with her outweighs the benefit of the job leave. If it doesn't then don't. That actually is quite a 7ish approach. You define your goals and desire and write up a balance sheet of pros and cons.

Here's another thought. How much do you actually want to stay in that job anyway regardless of her ? You see it could be you aren't happy there anyway and so she has become the focus of that unhappiness. An example of that might be someone moves into a block of flats but is driven crazy by a barking dog in the next street that annoys others too but doesn't make them want to leave in the way it makes her want to leave. I think you should ponder, imagine how you will feel about the job when she has gone.

I think 63uc shows this as a settled position for you if you want it as that.

If you look for something else 7.2.4>16 ? Well it's a case of clearly hearing what the orders are that move you, drive you to action (7.2) and that involves some reflection on your strategy and overall goals I think. Line 4 shows a fall back position of waiting to see. Also beware the 'grass is always greener' kind of thinking which may be the 16.

Step back a bit and make the woman far less central to what you do or don't do next. The objective is to do what is best for you. If leaving is not best for you don't leave.

Thanks Trojina that's exactly where it's at re the pros and cons.....it turns out it's just not her although the situation with her is the catalyst that opened the can of worms.
These readings do seem to indicate it's better to sit it out don't they and I am concerned that maybe that grass ain't greener - honestly I just don't know at this point.

I think it’s more about how things never seem to work out for me. I’m always battling something awful neighbours, coworkers but I wonder why I end up in these situations.
I’ve tried to do things differently by looking at my accountability but nothing seems to change for me.
Why can’t I find a job where people are working for the good of the children?
Why can’t I find a place to live that’s harmonious and peaceful?
Why can’t I just find a place where I fit?
A recurring theme throughout my life.

Yes of course I can define it - bottom line it's about mindfulness whether it's in your job or as a neighbour or whatever's going on.
Probably high expectations from me but then again I'm not asking for anything more than I'm prepared to do or be.
Most days I wish I would die but unfortunately it never happens.

So, you just defined the problem as you wanting others to be as mindful and as considerate as you are.

That isn't about mindfulness,
it is about emotions and behaviours,
and trying to control others.
It's about you trying to hold others (who are not your subordinates) to the same ideals/standards that you set for yourself. This behaviour will only bring you misery (because it will never ever work), by creating conflict, and annoying other people, & courting suffering. (like in 56.1) (and not unlike 2.6)

Instead, you can and should take satisfaction from setting and meeting your own standards.

Of course yes it’s all about Acceptance isn’t it. I do understand that but I wonder why I can never find somewhere that has the same high standards.

Becalm,
I like saying your name twice.
Becalm becalm. ;)

We lead best by example.
When we are truly manifesting, embodying a superior way of being/doing,
It really can really have an effect on others.
Sometimes it can
I think if you demonstrate admirable qualities/methods in your work environment,
others may follow your example.
But then again, we have to perceive when someone isn't receptive to it,
And just cut our losses by not putting energy into lost causes/brick walls.

Yes, I think you got it right about Acceptance.
Discerning what/who is receptive to our influence,
And discerning what things we have to just accept or let go of.
Some of it is about choosing our battles.

That’s where I’m at exactly - I have to rely on them to complete my studies but they haven’t got a clue how to help me because they don’t know their jobs. It’s all such a mess snd I just want to work in a job that’s supportive, earn enough money to buy a bus and spend the rest of my life travelling and living in it. Not a big ask in my opinion but there you have it!!
