My silly neighbours are at it again 
I have a washing line that you can put up and down but it never gets put down because it's pointless and not needed. It's mine, not theirs, they have their own right next to it but for some reason they've decided to keep putting mine down when I'm not using it. It has no impact on them up or down.
What if I Supa Glue the clip so they can't undo it Hex 16 unchanging - I always read this hex as movement dancing, singing etc. but I read this - It is beneficial to set a target, and mobilize the army.
I asked the landlord to sort it out especially in lieu of the fact it exacerbates a shoulder injury I have every time I have to pull it back out to use. What steps will the landlord take to sort this out Hex 39.1>63 Sounds like he'll just sort it out for me.
