I post my first question to the Community.
I cannot find a job and I ask the I Ching: What is it that is not working in my favour / Why I cannot find a job?

Being unemployed for 1 and a half year. Got several very good offers, for which I am skilled and qualified but, after the video interview, the companies chose other candidates.

Need your help and clarification on these hexagrams, please.

Welcome to this forum.

This is how I see it.
Hex. 11 is Heaven below Earth -> Heaven below is your inner set of rules and responsibility, your timing and strategy. Earth above is nurturing, passive, receptive, opportunity to realize things.

When hex. 11 is balanced there is Flow/Peace. Things are how they should be, heaven on earth.

In this case there are 3 moving lines → the Flow is interrupted. To get things flowing again, restore the balance, we need to look at the moving lines.

Line 5 → position of result, end of a cycle, finish​

Line 3 -> position of making choices, feedback, reflection, looking back​

Line 1 -> position of ideas, new begin, preparing, etc.​

Lines 1,3, and 5 are sort of a cycle, an 'if... then/else..'construction.
Idea → choosing,reflecting and adjusting →if result good then finish else→ back to 1 and/or 3

Because these 3 lines are moving, the 'cycle' or construction is unbalanced.
1 and 3 in Heaven (your inner set of rules etc.) → holding on to ideas (1), not reflecting on how ideas are received (3)
5 in Earth ( nurturing, receptive) → too passive towards the result→ so missing the opportunity to realize things

To restore the cycle (1,3,5) and balance Heaven and Earth you need Water twice (hex. 29 Water repeated).

Water is fluid, has no structure of itself but takes on the shape of everything is flows into, it is flexible, it is moving.

I don't know your circumstances of course, but in general it seems to me that the Yi is giving you the advice to have the flexibility to adjust your ideas/strategy/presentation by reflecting on the outcome of earlier job interviews. In this way the Flow is restored.
