Dear Clarity Folk

Hope someone can help me with this question.
So one of my main problems with myself is that I don't like conflict. So when someone says something bitchy I am usually shocked and feel embarassed.
I have been meditating wbich has helped me remain calm in such situations.Is this really a problem well yes and no.
I asked the I ching if I ask clarity members will they have an idea for me?
I got 50.2.3 Someting will cook up.
Someone in line 3 will have an idea after the rain falls line 3.
Not sure why pheasant not eatten.
Often I find my work colleagues seem when very stressed to take out their unhappiness on me.
visciuos digs etc.

one we can call A has just done this recently.She is not appreciated by the otjer colleagues who don"t invite het out.Person A has quite a lot of problems herself she is obesse,so probably worried about her health.
She tries to make othets look bad by pointing out
mistakes.

Person B I have been kind of friendly with bit she is
quite aggresive in petsonality sometimes.
Recently she lied to me about something, not important but felt bit sad about it.

My question was what can I do to stand up for myself
better?
Hexagram 59.5
Wind blowing over water dispersing.
Line 5 cring out announcemennt.
So must be more verbal.How to have more courage?

What should I do about person A?
2.6
Have a fight?Fight it out.
Thanks in advance.

Hope this is not too confusing.

In case this helps:
50.2.3 changes to 35

In 50.3 the pheasant (what you are cooking up) is
not eaten/ Appreciated, and there is some resentment (within you) for that. Later the feeling passes (from you)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In 2.6, I see two dragons.
One of the Earth,
one of the Sky.
The earth is below the sky.
I've seen this line about someone in a subordinate position acting bossy, and it gets ugly.
Is person A a superior at work?
So, is it counsel for you to fight it out?
or does it advise you not to fight it out?
(I feel that generally it may advise against the fight, when you are the subordinate.)
Consider asking these two questions:
What if I were to fight it out?
What if I don't fight it out?
hi and thanks for replying.No this person is not in a superior position.There is no one clear person in charge.So power plays.
50.3 Yes I feel I would have lots to offer.I have helped out person B.I don't seem to be appreciated or respected.
59.6 I think I do need to air my views.
If you decide to approach I think this is saying try not being forceful with it, focus on solutions rather than creating more division, but definitely staying with your truth, so airing views instead of fighting! xD
Try to get to their authentic truth and allow them room for reparation, try not to make one side right and the other wrong
Yes Piscean I can definitely see your point of view about seeking solutions.
However I think the dynamics of the relationship has changed as I have become more assertive.
I get the feeling that these people want to stop me from being more assertive.
However we have to all continue on together so we have to get on.
Thanks again
59.5 > 4
Realise that every single bitchy comment is a piece of BS and they're being immature. Once you realise that they're talking rubbish, and that they're immature, you'll feel stronger and you won't be affected by the mean stupidities they are saying. A good technique in work environments is when someone says something bitchy to you, look at them with amused disbelief, or as if they are a silly-looking alien, and say 'oookaaay...' and leave the room or turn to your computer screen and continue to work.
What should I do about person A?
2.6 > 23
Nothing. She obviously has a long-standing fight with people around her. Anybody who tries to fight her will also get hurt in the process. Split from her, keep away.
Hi
Diamanda
Thanks for your Response.
Yes I will work on keeping my distance but we work in tight knit Team Hands on.No Computer screens.
I find a lot of the self help books which I have got myself think everyone works in an Office enviroment where you can put down the phone etc.
Thanks anyway I guess I must be brave and practice my response perhaps.I am quite shy and get embarrassed when People are rude to me.
Funny enough am now good in my own relationship or with complete strangers.
I have worked on myself a lot obviously few Things still Need improving as am not perfect but am trying really hard to work hard be good Team member really be in Moment and know what is going on etc.
Feel like These People want to Keep me in place , unsure and bit Dizzy.
Will Keep going.
That's precisely what you need to do.
If you were in a team of good people, yes you would need to work hard and be a great team member. You're actually in a pit of snakes by the sound of it, so what you need to do is toughen up and stand up to them. By the way, 'pit of snakes' describes 5 out of 7 workplaces I've ever worked in.
Feel like These People want to Keep me in place
What they want to do to you is not 'keep you in place'. They want to crush you and destroy any self-esteem you may have, so that they appear better. Don't let them do that. Just don't, please. There are many types of evil people out there - please read more books (and forum posts) to learn to recognise them.
