Taking the JLPT: 15 uc and 12.3.4 to 53

I have heard of JLPT, where there are five levels. I can take it after studying the language for a time. The textbooks can be brought online. I can only take it in New York once a year.

How much success will I get from taking the JLPT? 15 uc Integrity/Modesty/Humility.
Is it saying that I will be successful as I will have responsibility?

What should I do in order to pass N2 or N1 of the JLPT? 12.3.4 Blocked/Stagnation/Standstill/Obstruction/Distress to 53 Gradual Progress/Development.
12.3 speaks of feeling ashamed for taking the test.
12.4 speaks of the purpose will suffice.
53 speaks of progress.
Is it saying that I will be able to achieve step by step, where I will fell ashamed for taking the exam but I am doing it for personal reasons?

12.3.4 - 53: Context 53 shows that you are in a good phase of development but that will not be very soon... 12.3.4: Line 3 is not a shame but rather an awareness you are having about the change of direction. Line 4 is positive despite the hexagram 12 which shows an obstruction, it says you will find people like you and this will help you in your gradual development in stages 53. Step by step.
