Talents and abilities 14 to 64

I wondered how can get into tune to my talents.the answer seems very ...hmmm i got many but i cant get there.

how can get into tune to my talents 14.1.3 > 64

14.1 shows a need to stay away from harmful people/influences.
14.3 shows the difference between someone wealthy and generous, and someone poor and thrifty.

So I guess you can't tune into your talents unless you keep away from people who are harmful and have nothing to give (practically or metaphorically).
