Taxi company

Hello everyone,

I will fly to Gainesville Florida next week, and I would like to use the services fo a good taxi company to take me from the Airport, around midnight, to my Hotel. Now, I've looked online for different taxi companies in the area, but most of the reviews were contradictory, and I don't want to get ripped off. So I thought it would be wise to just go through the list of a handful taxi companies in the area, and ask the iching what the prospects would be if I were to reserve a taxi at that specific company.
Here they are:

1.Forgot the name of this one but the answer was : hex 22.1>52

2. Gator Taxi Cab company : hex 38.2>21, I accidentally asked a second time because I thought I didn't ask it for this company, anyway the second answer was : hex 1.2>13

3.Safety Cab company: hex 60.3>3

4. AA Taxi company: hex 44.6>28

5. Gainesville Cab Company: hex 16.4>2

6. Bestway Cab Company: hex 22.1>52

7. YellowCab 24hr Inc : hex 61.1>59

Could some of you help me with which one to choose? I would very much appreciate it.

Hopefully this might be of some help (I really don't want to see you being ripped off )

1. It is better to go on foot than to take this company

2. Can you make some sort of informal agreement with them, instead of fully committing yourself to booking and payment? Any way of casually checking them out?

3. If you take this one you will have no one to blame but yourself.

4. There is no point in pushing too hard into a situation that you cannot control.

5. It favours associations/partnerships; it might work if you put your energy into it.

6. I think this is the same as number 1.

7. Don't rely on them, trust your own instinct.

Perhaps I'm too trusting, but I don't think any of them will rip you off. Who wants a bad rep with the hotel? From the airport to the hotel is a standard trip of only a few miles, and the hotel could advise you as to company and expected cost. Without the hotel's advice, I'd go with Yellow Cab because they advertises 24 hour service, and the casting seems to fit your situation. You want 'inner truth' -- someone you can trust -- and 61.1 suggests a prompt pick up.
