The law and the neighbour 30.5.6>49

It super unusual to see the law come around specifically to my street but a lawman came looking for my neighbour today who wasn't home at the time.Because I don't like the neighbour and because and I know he detests the law and thinks the laws don't apply to him of course I'm wondering what it's about. The lawman told me he wasn't in any trouble but just looking for my neighbour as he'd witnessed an accident a few months ago. That's a pretty standard thing they say to get you to speak up....Why did the law come looking for my neighbour...Hexagram 30.5.6>49To get Clarity and some information Hex 30 but Hex 49 I'm not sure about - Could it possible represent a car accident?What does the law what to question my neighbour about - Hexagram 8 unchanging.....That looks to me like they want to know what his involvement or association with someone is.Of course I'm just being a sticky beak but this neighbour did try to steal some money off me once so one of you may rouse on me for using the Yi this way....

I also have my suspicions it may be to do with harassing some people due to his daughter having trouble with some kids at school.

I get something like he's turned over a new leaf and is helping the police. Maybe a Confidential informant.
