I tried to get a clear answer on another thread about this but I felt the answer didn't make sense to me.

This time when he waved he was with another man (probably co worker). As soon as waving man saw me, he started waving and I was close enough to see that he's probably half my age. I waited before getting out of my car to go into work and they kept walking to the other building of their workplace and it was obvious they were in discussion about me as they kept looking back - it looked like they were waiting for me to get out of my car.....

I've asked others if they know who he is but others say no they don't.

What do I need to know about this man - Hex 17.1.4.5.6>23 Still doesn't make sense but I'll try and I think it's basically saying he'd like to meet me.....obviously he can't just approach me given he's at work but also going up to random strangers isn't really appropriate.

Rosada made a good point and this could indeed be an example of energy follows thought. This reading could be pointing more to your attitude about / towards 'Waving Man' and his intentions.

Following has a meaning of 'leaving old grounds for dissention behind'. In these old gounds something lies rotting (23). 17.1 maybe a comment on what is at the root of the matter for you in your inner world and 17.4,5 and 6 following on behind this and suggesting what may be happening, in your outer world, as a consequence.

Thanks my_key - I don't really understand what my thoughts have got to do with it tbh and I'm happy for you to clarify if you want or have the time.
His waving isn't just a 'Hello' in passing it's a concentrated effort to get my attention.
If there was a definitive reason (other than I'd like to go out with you) then I think he would have already approached me so naturally my thoughts are not comfortable or happy about it. The only place for me to park is outside our two businesses so I can't avoid seeing him if he happens to be in that area of his workplace.
