For the last few days, I have been conversing with a young lady on **. I starred it out because I don't want people here to know where I have been talking to this girl. Out of curiosity, I asked the oracle what influence my statement of today would have on my friend, of which I said, "Was thinking of you. Love ya Kid. Best to your family. " I was intentionally leaving it neutral so as not to upset the balance of things. She's kind of a celebrity. There is a big back story that I won't go into here, so if this seems a little awkward sounding to you, it isn't. It's just too much to tell. Suffice it to say we have developed a nice bond with each other.

I got back was PREPONDERANCE OF THE GREAT #28 --> REVOLUTION #49 with the bottom two lines changing. The top changing line said, "This is a good time to make a new beginning. Be creative." I didn't quite understand what kind of revolution she had in mind, so I consulted the oracle again. "What kind of revolution is J thinking of regarding my last statement?

What I got back from that was TROUBLE #29, "Life always gives you a little bit of trouble to deal with, along with all of the other blessings." With no lines moving so I asked the oracle, "In regards to J's revolution of danger, what kind of trouble is she thinking of? I read this to mean that J feels as if she is in a bit of dangerous territory concerning my messages. I thought, but why? I pose no threat, I'm an upstanding person in the community, I haven't committed any crimes. Then, I realized that the question posed was about HER.

I got back was TEMPTATION #44, no moving lines. If I am reading this right, the girl is tempted to disregard her propriety and sleep with me if she got the chance! The only thing holding her back is distance, and her mother. My Changes program tells me that "From such encounters, great thing are born and order is established." Wow, sounds good to me. Plus, this jives with the numerology reading about j and I which states that we indeed have a match "made in heaven." There is more, but I don't want to bore you.

So, am I reading this right, or am I missing something?

well 49 is a revolution , an overthrowing of old systems and 28 is a big transition.

hmm, this sounds fatherly to me, except for the 'was thinking of you' which would be the 28, a big step over the line - not necessarily in a bad way though- and then you 49, turned it over with the rest of the sentence which sounds like something my uncle would say to me. I think it just comes across over all as nervous and fumbly.

I have never pulled off a successful love text so I gave up relating to new people via the avenue of text a long time ago, but maybe because I'm not young enough to have been as ensconced in word limited written communication.

line 1 moves to 43, which is what you did you spoke up in a difficult circumstance, but as in line 1 because of the big transition you started putting mats down under every crack in the roof, so to speak, which overall was quite limited because it was only three short statments.
(28.1 reminds me of when my roof got leaks and I ran around putting pots and buckets under each leaks only to find another one would appear.)

28.2 , 'there will be harvest' something will be gained, it doesnt say if its good or bad but there is an outcome. It moves to 31 so the mutual influence is present, it did have effect on her. And an old man get a real woman for a wife (LiSe) or a young woman.

I would say something has started but I'm not pyschic nor an expert so what starts I dont know. And so far I have put 49 part of the story of the content of your text but I will say that it could play out also as things unfolding at the right time, so if your want romance that will be subject to the seasons. (metaphorically of course)

I see line 2 as you being affected by her being a celebrity, I think it makes you feel young in an invigorated way.

but my POV, talk don't text! at least mistakes and voice warbles in speech can be overshadowed by the next sentence you say where as text stays in their phone for as long as they choose for it to stay there.

oh and the other readings, 29 I think bamboo once said 29 describes a picture of falling in love, the feeling of being thrown out into the sea of your emotions without a boat. But I think that is you

44 you can meet with this influence but you are advised not to marry it. I have had this when first meeting with someone who aroused very intense feelings in me, of all sorts, I had to wait a while before I could be in their presence and feel normal, so I don't think the state of 44 is forever but you need to remain self contained whilst it lasts

Thank you for your input. Your reply hits the mark in many areas. A older guy does marry a younger woman applies here. As far as we talking on the phone, I learned through a round about way that she isn't allowed to talk to anyone, except people she already knows. So, for time being, talking is not possible. One day it will be, but for now, it is not.

Yes, I am nervous, and I am not sure what to say because what I am confident to say cannot be said via the communication lines available. It would be censored.

There is a backstory that also applies to the oracles responses.

Am I in love, yes, but the question I asked wasn't about me, it was about her. Is she in love with me, I'm going to say yes, and as far as the 44 goes, there is A LOT of controversy about the hexagram. It is almost as if it can represent the moderator of acceptance of those things we cannot control. Whenever I am asking questions to the oracle, I always ask with "health" in the back of my mind. Is this healthy, emotionally, psychologically, intellectually, socially? And, I always ask with deepest respect for the higher powers will. God's will be done. So, coming from the point of view, I think it is more positive than it reveals.

When I ask straight out, the oracle always points to a long lasting relationship.

Yes, I want this, but I also realize that there are forces at work that may already be pushing us together, and because I ran into iching just a few days ago, it is now trying to catch me up on all the possibilities.

This encounter with my friend is just beginning. I am excited to see the long term effects.

the question is always about you whether you think it or not, she is not consulting the oracle, you are. You can determine what the interplay between two people at the most but not exactly or soley what the other person is thinking or feeling. So it isnt her, but you, but actually mostly yi gives you a snapshot, its like it takes a photo from an angle you cannot and shows it to you. Hilary in one thread somewhere has been posing to yi 'what time is it' lately, and i find that really works, because when you look at a reading through the narrow lens of only wanting to see a specific answer then you miss out on a lot of info that the reading contains.

I'm not sure what you are trying to get at with 44, I didnt say it was bad/negative, so not sure where you are going with that.

that would be your point of view, the readings don't indicate this.

I think the 29, the 44, there is a a lot of emotion and desire being aroused in you. You cannot be indifferent to this person, you are wholly engaged. There has been a good point brought up about 44 in another thread that is can often be a situation that propels you into another level of experience, that is to say you may not marry the thing that you desire but it will inspire you to to move towards more fulfilling things, things you didn't know you wanted before but that as a result of meeting this person/ situation you then know you want it.

I often think of 44 as the muse, because (as LiSe points out often) it can be a really creative experience.

have you read the relationship questions sticky, I don't often suggest it to people but it has a list of questions to ask that will help you glean grounded and insightful answers from yi readings.

29 presages trouble regarding this method of communication - my feeling is from 3rd
parties who are concerned about the propriety of the communication. Agents guardians
- I would just think being normal and as unalarming as possible is called for - due to people

My eyebrows went up, and thought, it doesn't get any better than this? But what does this mean? If I had my highest hopes, it would mean we have a match made in heaven but she can't respond. But the question was about me????? Please shed some light on this,

To hopex: You are right about the guardian thing with the girl. We all have body guards and whatnot. So it makes sense. And, to be as unalarming as possible is almost not gonna happen. In this day and age, almost everything is alarming with all the nuts running around out there. I am just going to have to be patient and hope that the portrait gains some attention with her and let her make the move. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone who knows her, but I'm working on it.
