to go or not to go 56.2.3.4-4

Hello Everyone,
I want to ask you for help in interpreting my casting: 56.2.3.4-4
The question is whether I should go with people from my work to play bowls.
I hesitate - I believe the 4th hex is reflecting my state of mind. The situation at my work with my "colleagues" is complicated and quite tense. I've been working with them for 8 month already and it is quite hard to be in a simple, correct relation with them. Most of the time they behave childishly and they seem to try to play power games with me. I am a quite a strong person but also I am easily to be hurt which obviously happened several times during those 8 months, when I tried to be "friends" with them. I got simply rejected. Therefore I feel very unsafe with them. When I think about going out together I just feel stressed and nervous.
I have no idea about the 56th - I would appreciate your insight.

56 may signify: being an outsider, even on a hostile territory, not wanting to get into the group. that may be just a reflection of my attitude towards my colleagues from the work, or an advice: no, do not go, you are a stranger to that group. rather the first one, no advice then
