To stay or not to stay...that is the questions?

Hello All,

I'm at a point where I either need to make some changes in my life, or hope that things change From my experience hoping without actin just doesn't semm to work. The company I work for is broke, and we are going to have trouble making payroll this week, along with other bills. The long and the short of this story is because of poor managment from our CEO (my partner). I'm a very small share holder in this company, and don't have enough power to make the changes we need. It's very difficult for me to work with someone unwilling to listen to suggestions. I'm thinking of leaving this company, however, I'm owed money Another question I must ask myself is "is the money worht waiting around for?" or perhaps I should just move-on. It wouldn't be the first time in my life I moved-on because the crap that goes along with waiting just isn't worth my serenity. So, I asked our friend Yi:

What will happen if I stay here at (company name) over the next 6 months?

Hex# 7 6-1, 9-2 changing Hex#24

questions: "in 7 days comes the return" does this literally mena 7 days in Hex#24?


I also asked Yi:

I'm thinking about looking for a new job what do you suggest I do?

questions: 9-3 I'm having some trouble "getting it"

Is Hex# 3 telling me to stay where I'm at?


I feel somewhat clouded lately in regards to my situation, but I'm no longer angry, enraged, or emotionally to eiter side of the spectrum. I'm truly looking for a solution that is the healthiest for me. I want to start my own business however this will take a little more planning on my part. I'm struggling with staying where I'm at or looking for something so I can eat and get my bills paid. I know for sure that in the long-term I can no longer work with my partner.

Hex 7.1 says if there is no order or discipline then the company will fail, this is the first line and the first thing that needs to be taken care of, this company must get it's act together, now.

Hex 7.2 The CEO needs to listen to you and with luck the whole company survives. But if you are ignored then don't worry about survival.

Hex 24 says if the first two lines are followed, then the company can survive. But?

This does not suggest what to do but rather what will happen. It will be a struggle to get a decent job for quite a while.
