Hi,

Until now I've assembled some links to pages where chinese text tools are available on this attached PDF.

Along the way I'll take these links and put them here in this thread.

As I've seen other members posting links, among others Charly and Bradford, I were inspired to make this thread where this kind of links can be posted.

Remark: the links in the pdf-file should be opened in New Window to spare You using the back tab.

Finally: The headingletters 1A, 1B, 2H, .... etc. etc. refers to groups coming from the same source (2A and 2B comes from the mdbg internet site)

This oracle bone from around 1200 B.C. contains 24 characters in four groups in a vigorous and strong style, typical of the Bin group of diviners in the reign of Wu Ding (circa 1200-1189 B.C.). It records the gods of the four directions and of the four winds.

The other day I received hex. 38.5 and when diving further down in details I stumpled upon a remarkable thing. I'm not taking this as a Shared reading but will use it as an example on how to use some of the tools given in this thread. I have worked it out as a pdf

PS: To my surprise, in this handbook I found several myths about "mulberry", a tree/bush mentioned in a hexagram I received last year and wich meaning could be seen in more than one aspect.
As You probably know words can be searched for in pdf's (For those who don't: In the pdf-menu: Edit / Ctrl + F ie Search)
