Hi,
So I thought I had the answer to my accommodation dilemma but now I'm not so sure

Please show me a geographical image of the place I will move to next

All I can get is a place prone to flooding - not much help really.

Liss, don't take me wrong but when I saw the answer , It gave me the giggles because it actually echoes what you said. Maybe you have reasons not to be sure about your choice , but hex 16 , seems to be what you feel, that is, the anticipation of a post-decision dissonance- a wrong choice.

in business, when someone buys a product, usually there is a follow up not only to check if everything is ok but also to reduced that question/worries " did I made the right choice ? "

give some time to yourself, if its not that urgent to observe why you mistrust your decision or preference.

good luck with that :)

I agree with Maria. I don't really ever have much time for questions that ask for pictures of places as I think Yi basically tends to answer the real question behind that question which I do think it has here. You find yourself in a position for which you feel no confidence....that is you are the one choosing and deciding here, not fate, no one else just you. So what you have to do is fill yourself up with confidence, decide what you want, act on that.

This answer very much reflects your lack of certainty. I think generally this line calls for you to pour yourself in more, to make something yours through your will, your desire , your vision. Stay with your vision.

I do hope you get this house. This line specifically says that if people don't believe in you make them believe in you...you can convince them. If they show worries about lending you money make sure you put all your effort into answering those doubts.

I don't know why but I always think you can cast a spell or two...maybe it's your name but your posts always make me think of a witch like in Bewitched which is why I posted it before.....

BTW there are traditionally 3 female archetype thingies, the maiden, the mother and the crone. But I read recently they left a major one out....the part of life between mother and crone, the middle years. This archetype is the Enchantress.

Oh damn it you two - of course you are right!! Still I was hoping Yi with it's references to land, mountains and water might at least give me a clue where to start looking. :)

Trojan I wonder if you're friends with my youngest son - one day about 5 years ago I was a bit stumped about some minor problem and he said 'Mum, you always know how to fix anything, it'll be fine' ( just like magic) :eek

My thoughts - I've been living off $300 a week and that's meant to cover all costs - housing, food, petrol, car costs, bills and anything else that crops up and I'm just so over doing it that hard and can fall into deep depression at times because of it, thinking what is the point of life.
(I'm sick of people not understanding and judging telling me to get a job - I've tried and tried applying for jobs that I know I'm qualified for even offering a wage subsidy from the government but I haven't even got as far as an interview.) Selling my kombi has given me a very small amount of money that gives me a tinee bit of the feeling of security but it's not enough to make any money out of nor to buy anything.
So I don't want to go back to living on the breadline. I have no family or friends in a position to help me out and at present, whilst I'm staying with my youngest son, he keeps reminding me it's not permanent and that's not helping me feel any better.
I now have a choice where to live but I have absolutely no clue where I want that to be anymore or where is going to offer me what I need. The only time I've felt I belonged was when I was married but before that and since then I've never felt I belonged. I have a few close friends but don't really get to spend time with them as they are all married and have family commitments, although I do have one very close friend who I spend a lot of time with, but at the same time she has a husband and 3 children who take up a lot of her time too.
Some would probably use that expression ' the world is your oyster' but with minimal finances I'm not feeling that.
Just to clarify I don't feel or believe I'm a 'victim' nor do I have a 'ppor me mentality' - I'm just trying to find a better way of life for myself.
Any advice would be much appreciated. - Liss

Hi Liss,

Do you have places over there where you can be a property manager in exchange for housing or apartment? When I read the reading that's what came to mind.

Also... if it would be of any help or give you any ideas... 45- near a river, or some type of water (possibly where there is vegetation or cattle) a place where there is a gathering of people. Also in 16- somewhere there is music,
either near a church or restaurant that plays
music/entertainment? Somewhere you feel comfort and enjoy being.

I'm not going against the advice that was already given to you. I know it was good advice, just trying to see if I can offer another point of view or assistance.

Thanks Blue_Angel - I don't ever think there is ever just one facet to a reading, a bit like the tarot, one card can mean many different things for a particular reading.
Oh I'd forgotten about the reference to music Hex 16 has. Well the gathering I've been thinking is a caravan park or similar near the water although with cattle or vegetation it could be an eco village too.
Working in exchange for accommodation is possible over here it's just a matter of finding where.
Your words have given me a wider perspective - thanks

Oh things sound terribly hard Liss, especially your son reminding you to go...how hurtful given you housed him and fed him till he was grown ! Still he probably doesn't mean to hurt it's just people do get freaked out by being around their parents a lot....perhaps they feel less adult, less in control, that kind of thing.

It really does all sound like a dark night for you. It can't last like this, things have to get better. I have always perceived that you are on a journey....but yes it's about time you had some luck !

I will be thinking of you

btw, have you noticed that both hex make references to kings and temples ? Anything similar to kings , queens etc in the area ?

Haha toooo funny sooo and anemos - Today I'm looking at the originall place I was interested in as they rang me yday and said the other potential tenant found something else. It's on the Queensland border and the name of the place means - stretch of water' plus the name of the caravan park means 'a large estate' - Liss

I love the place and the landlords love me - now just waiting for Hierachy of the caravan park to process my application and say yay or nay!
Is this what it's meant by the king/queen?

Show me my application successfully allowing me to rent in the park

Hex 12.5>35

Looks good and that I need to continue with the positives of what this new place will offer me, not falling back into the rut I feel like I've been in for too many years.

Indeed, this looks very good to me. I hope it is so. Sounds like

12- describing your rut you've been in and

Line 5- seems like the king and queen will argue but the queen will win and you will stay positive and bright, aiming for your goal, you will get your place, and then you will dig your roots in deep and

35- advance/ progress. Awesome!

I thought we had established by now who the Queen is ;)
A nice reading and a reminder that things are still in progress so remain mindful during this evaluation progress... and positive , of course.

I have associate h35 with the song "here comes the sun". Sometimes its how it felt for me.

Is there no one you can call or even stop by and cheerfully ask how the application process is going? Just to show you're really interested? The landlords love you, pay them a visit or give them a call?

Yes get in touch with them

keep that 45.5 advice in mind. Whatever happens you have to keep confidence here. I'm saying even if one place or the other falls through you still have to keep confidence. Actually I think 45.5 would favour giving them a call so at least you know.

45.5??

When I put the application in she told me it can take up to 2 weeks to process and then sent me a email on Friday telling me the same thing - I put the application in a week ago today. If I'd said that to someone I wouldn't be impressed if they contacted me to ask. - Liss

45.5 >16 was the reading for this thread so not sure about the ??

When you said your patience was wearing thin I thought you were expecting to have heard already....but you just meant your patience was wearing thin overall I guess.

My apologies trojan, my mind and emotions are not at their strongest at present. Thank you for reminding me how this thread started and although, when you wrote the above you were not referring to a rental, to me it's all in the same context of making it happen.
I've done my best to convince them that I'm right for the place and yes it's just my patience wearing thin generally - I would just like to get somewhere to settle instead of feeling like I'm living on the run, so to speak. - Liss

Update: The application process continued to be held up due to the park manager being on leave for 'personal reasons' and I kept having this niggling feeling that the place wasn't the one for me anyway.
In the interim I found a place a little above what I can really afford but it still feels right. It's an old farm cottage surrounded by grazing land, mountains and a river near by. I move in today with the utmost relief. Liss
