Tomorrow I'm starting EMDR therapy for crimes that were committed towards me over 4 years when I was a teenager.

How will this therapy benefit me

I guess the crimes happened because I was a beautiful young girl and Line 5 they did make me feel ashamed but in the end through this therapy I will have good fortune which guess means I will heal.

It will help you with your self esteem .
The person in the line doesn't feel good enough: he feels less than, when comparing himself to the people around him. (and the associated feeling of shame.)
