Am always puzzled by Emotional I Ching's take on 41.2: "Augmentation is required; Hamming things up." Compare to Legge: "he can give increase to his correlate without taking from himself".also 41.1.2.6 > 2 seems a pleasant reading
- line one as soon as I am finished here go
support the others - brilliant
I am not clear on line 2 I think it says that
I should not give if asked but I am giving
with pleasure and hope its ok
line 6 - seems like a lovely line any thougts
on it - I wont gain by being at this event
personally but I can further those involved.
my function as feminine function 2:bows:
I have always liked Richard Lynn's passage in the image and judgment of Hexagram 8 (from memory here), about inquiring of the oracle whether your virtue is long lasting, "then those in places not at peace will come; for those who are late, it will be ill." Of course one immediately envisions some political revolution (at least I do)....i am assuming that by gettin hexagram 8 for travelling
saturday Yi is telling me I am running the risk of arriving
late for this event.
Another insight into hexagram 8 unchanging:bows:
8. Associate
Associate.
Good fortune.
The primary oracle of the first day will always persist.
Without fault.
It is unsettling to have just arrived,
men who are late have misfortune
Associating with someone. Things go well, this is not mistake. Be well on time, if you're late things won't go well. If you cast an oracle about the nature of this association on its first day, you will know what always will be the situation with this.
