One little image that may help with 24 is a reset switch, such as what is on a video game or the like. The game has gone on and you find that your score is miserable. It seems almost impossible to catch up and be on the plus side of the game. So you hit the reset button, the score goes back to zero, and you start again, fresh. Another similar image is rebooting your computer when it gets too bogged down. Everything moves slow and acts confused and overworked. Forcing or pushing (46) only makes things worse. Time to reboot and start again from zero.

I like that. Gets rid of all the noise.

I also look at it as returning to a cycle you already now, "Here we go again.." - but this time looking with more depth - like going deeper into the spiral - or the cliche about peeling off more layers of the onion.

Bruce-
Rebooting also works well with the foot image of the Line One place, the Zhen trigram of the Zhen Gua and the Fan Yao 02.1.
Rilly good image.

Tried that one, I thought I could do a system restore (24.1) but it ended up as a total freezing disaster.

Ice is blue. I know that now. Did not know it had text on it though.

Love,

Val, yesterday. No, there's no problem with my computer. I was just kicking 24 around in my head when the image of a reset button or rebooting a computer came to mind.

Like LiSe's comment on 2.1 - the dreaded blue screen of death.

Sorry Bruce... I wasn't really asking if it was time for you to defrag. I was giving you a reason "Everything moves slow and acts confused and overworked."... because it's time to defrag.

Love,

Val

hmm.. yes, that works. Also 7. Or maybe 60?

I sorta miss watching win98 defrag: all those square soldiers lining up all neat and orderly like.

Oh my! I almost used 7. But defragging is about regrouping and 7 feels to me more about initial organization than regrouping. I suppose it could be regrouping as well. Hadn't really thought in those terms. Not really thinking any more tonight actually. I'm about to power down and go home.

Love ya,

Val

7 is about all those farmers and their sons, at home, working on their fields - and then suddenly there is the call for duty. All get lined up and have to serve in the army now. Everything depends on the skill of the leader for organizing them. Every person in the place which fits. Not just any place. They come in with skill and flaws, not two of them are identical. The strong ones where force is needed, the smart ones where brains are needed.
