trouble at work

Last Friday I had an altercation(shouting match) with one of my supervisors. This guy humiliated me in front of the other employees by suggesting that I either had "amnesia" about something or that I cheated during training. He doesn't treat everyone the same way and shows a good deal of favoritism toward certain employees. Obviously, I'm not one of those. Overall, he's creating a poisonous environment and encouraging clique behavior.

I had a heated discussion with him and his supervisor that lasted over 2 hours. When it was over I left for the day. I went back to work the next day and he wasn't there because he'll be on vacation for the next 2 weeks. However, another supervisor had gone into the system that we use and deleted some things that I need in order to do my job in an attempt to sabotage me, I think. As I said, it's a poisonous environment and the company has no published way of addressing these types of issues. So............

I found the answer surprising because it seems positive. That was my first thought when I read it. I'm going to interpret this as saying that I don't need to worry about it. Other ideas? It really was one of the worst experiences I've ever had on a job.

While on the surface this reading appear good, at a deeper level it is not so happy. The commentary on line two says, "We often find ourselves associating with inferior people in whose company we are tempted by pleasures that are inappropriate for the superior man. To participate in such pleasures would certainly bring remorse." The key here is that it would not be wise to continue in such a harmful environment if you have any alternatives whatsoever. Line six carries on the theme by the saying in the commentary, "...He has given up direction of his own life." And finally, in hexagram 25, it is said, "If someone is not as he should be (in his right place) he has misfortune."

You're interpretation really hit the mark, Gene. The truth is that I should probably get out of there. The problem is that there aren't any other jobs around. I might run through my entire savings before I find another one.
