Can I consider X a loving and close person (meaning complete trust, reliability, being sure no harm is possible from)
and received 45 unchanging

Does it mean meet someone for advice (wiseman) or sacrifice relationship or....

It means do what you need to feel secure,
but don't arm or armor yourself more heavily than that.
We can't set standards, hopes and expectations too high
or everybody alive will disappoint us..
We just need to let others show us who they are.

I'd say not very loving and close.
45 shows a Saturnian type, very aware of and very concerned with society, norms, standards.
Someone who places the opinion of society very high, much higher than love and closeness.

On the other hand, you can trust this person on very many other levels.
Sounds like a steady reliable person, who will benefit you.
As long as you don't deviate from, and don't compete with, status standards.
