Free advice: stop fiddling with it. Close the program, turn off the computer and go and watch fireworks from your window.

This is based on what I typically do when I run into some technical problem that's above my pay grade:
1. Fiddle with it and realise I can't solve it.
2. Ask an expert for help.
3. Spend hours and hours and hours fiddling with it while I wait, trying all kinds of things, and succeed only in driving myself to distraction.
4. Receive help from expert that solves the whole thing in 10 minutes.

I am trying to train myself to skip step 3 and spend the time doing something more interesting. Especially since there is always the possibility of

3a. Create a much, much worse problem than I had to start with.

I didn't mean it's you or Justin's fault it's just so impossible for me to explain I can't imagine it can be resolved.

Just to say Justin did work it out. I had gotten in quite a pickle but Justin put a lot of work into sorting it all for me.
