Hello,

First thank you for the help, and insights from this community.

My career is not going very well because of my lack of motivation. I used to be passionate about it but I don't feel anymore deeply interested in my work, as i did for the past decade. So I had a Vedic astrologer birth chart reading with a focus on career, soul mission etc... She told me that I was not on my soul path and I should start to learn something related with "the occult". She suggested Astrology, Reiki, healing practices such Ayurveda etc...She was not suggesting me to leave my current career, but to start to study ancestral and traditional studies related with the occult, something that I was called to do.

I am interested in Astrology but I am not sure about it. It is so vast.

I have been asking through 3 readings the following question:

What If I study Vedic Astrology? > Unchanging 37

There is a sense of being at home with others, to feel comfortable...
Should I understand the meaning of this reading like" feeling at home" with others studying astrology?

What If I study Reiki? 54.4.6 > 41

I am not really interested in reiki, I don't feel it's for me and the reading is looking to confirm that feeling.
The line 54.6 sounds negative and even the hexagram 41 is not positive.

Insights about what should I study in order to fulfill my soul mission ( following my vedic chart insights) ? Insights and Advices please 35.2.3 > 50

It's complicated for me to understand the advice. It looks like at some point I will receive help and hexagram 50 - the Vessel - is a symbol. But it's still not clear "what" should I better focus on.

I have been reading comments in the forum about the 50 hexagram...

"The ding incorporates all; metal(the vessel), fire (to cook), water( what all food : Or nourishment maybe processed in), air (to feed the fire), & wood for the same purpose. It also incorporates the past, present, & future."

What is your opinions about that?
This commentary sounds to astrology but the hexagram in itself, doesn't say anything of this...Any insights about it?

37 guides you towards finding a new commonality if you study Vedic Astrology. Not only with other people, but perhaps also a greater intimacy with yourself. This field of study will challenge you to find a right place for and to make sense of all that you will learn. It may well act as a spring board to other things for you.

It will be harder for you to invest yourself in this (41) as you hold on too strongly to other interests which would not allow you to give yourself fully to this field of study (56).

To fulfil your soul mission you have to walk through fields that will allow you to grasp a new you (50). Only though a purer connection will you enable your new light to shine (35). Your deeper challenge, in whatever study you undertake, will be to fully enable a renewal of your personality through which you will better stand in your true power and virtue.

... or it might mean nothing at all like that for you.

Good Luck

Thank you my_key for your insights. It makes sense. The astrologer insisted it was a time of " higher education" about the "hidden", something I should be passionate about but without the focus of a job or money. I am interested in Vedic astrology but also in herbal medicine. I am a creative - a freelance designer - so it's completely different of what I am actually doing. Thank you again :)

I get what you're going through. It's tough when your career feels off-track. I've dabbled in astrology myself, and it can be pretty vast.
When it comes to your readings, it seems like studying Vedic Astrology might make you feel more ""at home"" or comfortable, which is a good sign. However, I believe more in numerology, as I see 606 angel number twin flame pretty often. And I see how it changes me.

Hexagram 37 unchanging - I also feel your reading means Being at Home in yourself.
A sense of stability through working out what it all means.
The Houses, planets, asteroids etc. in the chart and where they sit in reference to your home in yourself.

I've just started studying Vedic astrology myself as well as Homeopathy. Let me know if you'd like to know whom I listen to on youtube and if you have any advice or reference you could pass onto me, that would be great.
