I asked i ching about a person I discussed with. my question is, "why isn't this person looking for me?" hexagram 26.2.4.6> 55 the 2nd line I can understand it easily the belt removed perhaps means that it does not have the means to do it? or it is blocked but the 4 and the 6 I have not been able to apply it to my situation

I'm not sure how line 6 fits in here.
