Waiting for my Income Statements: 61.5.6 to 19

We are almost near the end of January, and I am still waiting for the W2s and 1099 for 2018. The tax season starts on February 1. Usually, I receive them in mid-january. I asked, "Why is it taking so long for my W2s and 1099 to arrive?" 61.5.6 Inner Truth to 19 Nearing. Line 5 said, "There is truth and confidence as a bond – no mistake." Is it that the employer are taking their time given the government shutdown? Line 6 said, "Cockcrow rises to heaven. Constancy, pitfall." Is there a delay?

Line 5 appears fortunate but indicates a possible process I think. I think this due to the question. In general I believe the line also indicates that things come together.

Line 6 In this case you are being advised not to be over confident, or in general you are not understanding the realities of the situation.

My thoughts are that yes the shutdown would not be helping, the USA has a huge population 320 million I last heard. So saying that it actually would be hard to comprehend when it comes to a government shut down. People I think would use it as an excuse not to do things, lets face it there is not much incentive to get things done quickly at the moment. In my experience even when the government is functioning properly stuff like this happens anyway. Then you have the fall out from Xmas.

Hexagram 19 is a good sign as it will maybe feel like a fresh start, the hexagram is related to Spring I believe.

Hexagram 61 can relate to going over things in detail, that to me could be related to tax.

So in summary line 5 indicates you will get it but I wouldnt hold my breath. Line 6 is saying dont even bother to wonder where the hell it is at now as it will only give you a headache.
You may find on social media you are not the only one in this position.

Another thing that I like about the reading is that the shutdown will end eventually and things will go back to normal, at least with the government functioning.
