Thank you, Soshin and Emy! That should give us plenty to think about. See you later!

I'll send an email round with the Zoom link very soon.

Did anyone else notice that January lasted 5 months, and February about 3 days, or was it just me?

Anyway... Well Gathering, this Saturday! Same time, 7pm UK, and the same (virtual) place: as usual, I'll email you a link if you're part of Change Circle or WikiWing. (Those are handy links in case you would like to join in time for the Gathering.)

If you'd like to bring a reading on the day, please post a link to it here now so people can have a look at it ahead of time...
How to share a reading

If you're a member of Change Circle or WikiWing, and if you will be at the gathering, you're welcome to share a reading. Here's how:
  1. Post your reading to the usual forum - Shared Readings or Reading Circle (for Change Circle members)
  2. Post a link to your reading on this thread.
To post a link -
  1. Copy the url of your new thread. (On a computer, that just means highlight the address in the address bar at the top of your browser and press ctrl+C. On a phone, if you press and hold in the address bar you should get a 'copy' option.)
  2. Come back to this thread, click the 'post reply' button and paste in the url you just copied. (Ctrl+V on a computer, or press and hold in the reply box until you see a 'paste' option on a phone.)
If copying and pasting is a problem for you, just post a reply here with the title of your reading thread, and I (or possibly a friendly moderator!) will edit your post to add the link for you.

That way you'll have a separate thread where people can post their thoughts on your reading, and that won't get entangled with Well Gathering admin things.
The deadline to post a reading is Saturday (UK) morning, when I'll email everyone to let you know what we'll be discussing.

No readings this time, so I'm going to pull a hexagram out of a hat. Or rather, have a quick look through the recordings archive to find a comparatively-neglected hexagram.

Let's do Hexagram 56, Travelling: themes, stories, experiences, moving lines, connections with other hexagrams, wherever the road takes us...

Here we go - Well Gathering, this Saturday, 12th April! 7pm UK time. (Do click that and check the timezone 'translation'.)

If you're part of Change Circle or WikiWing, please come! And if you'd like to share a reading, please post a link to it here. Here - as ever - is how to do that:

Finally, my favorite is the monthly Well Gatherings, although I can't always attend, but they make me feel connected to a rich tradition and wise community that would not be accessible to me otherwise. thank you Clarity!!

And... coming up this Saturday, May 17th, 7pm UK time (here's the timezone converter), we have a Well Gathering. Change Circle and WikiWing members very welcome! (There is still time to join before Saturday... ;) )

If you'll be there and would like to discuss a reading of yours, please post a link to it here asap - the deadline is Saturday morning, when I'll email round to let everyone know the topic.

Exactly right, thank you.

Yes. The recordings are just in Change Circle, but WikiWing people are welcome on the day. This all started in 2020, when it felt especially important not to exclude anyone with the cost.

I found the Well Gathering helpful and informative, thank you for the opportunity to hear and discuss all the different perspectives of yourself and the members who turned up.

Here we go - it's WGW. Wildly Galvanised Wallabies? Wet Goats' Wellingtons, perhaps? Or possibly Well Gathering Week.

So if you are part of Change Circle or WikiWing, and if you would like to come along this Saturday at 7pm UK time and bring a reading, please post a link to it here - like this:

That way, everyone has a chance to look at readings (or other things) in advance. So if you will be on the call and want to share a reading, please post it here nice and early.

In the absence of readings, I'll pick a hexagram. (It’s odd how we've revisited some half a dozen times, and others only once - as if as a group we cast some hexagrams more than others.) Let's have a good, deep dive into all the awkwardness of Hexagram 54, the Marrying Maiden. I'll go and trawl through all my notes on that one now, and if you have reading experiences/ insights that involve it, please bring them along.

See you later!

Unfortunately I cannot be at the Well Gathering but I’m very interested in people’s thoughts/experiences on this one. I got 54.2.3 when I cast in February, asking why an old friend had come back into my life. He split up with his long partner a couple of years ago and has not been doing well with his mental health. I’ve always found him attractive and he feels the same about me but I am wary of the situation.

Do you post any sort of summary of the discussion after the Well Gathering?

Best wishes to you.
