Thank you @foxx777 waiting is good in any situation indeed!! I respect the words and commentaries of Mr. James DeKorne a lot and they make sense in my situation a lot. I will not take them as a gospel as you suggested aswell, but seeing a situation from a 3rd perspective is always a bliss!! At the same time your reply made me observe something quite interesting! What do you think about the fact that the first and only yin line is changing herself to a yang one??

Thanks again for your experience, knowledge and for being the first person with which i am ever interacting on this forum :)

I’ve always taken 44.1 as a warning, not to yield too quickly to temptation. Hexagram 1 is further telling you to wait, I think. (Especially line 1, the submerged dragon.)

I sure can relate to having contradictory elements within my personality; and absolutely, this can create situations in which we really don’t even know what our true feelings really are!

From Gnostic I Ching, James DeKorne: 44.1 commentary:

A. Cease and desist -- bring this notion to a screeching halt right now!

B. “Yield not unto temptation.”

Of course this is all just grist for the mill; don’t take it as gospel!;)

“What are my true feelings regarding this person” and i’m not surprised that i ve recieved hexagram 44.1 >1!

Hi Arcanna
hex 44 means meetings; the supple meets the firm: Hex 1 means being strong.
Your strong (firm) feelings of attraction are being coupled with feelings that require you to be more flexible (supple).

44.1 - shows a place of constraint. Trapped and not liking what you have to give up.

So your true feelings regarding this person are ones of being held fast and frustrated by all that. Things will improve for you if you can bend with these feelings - accommodate them so to speak - so that you can avoid any sort of crisis. Showing constraint in this first line position is a valuable thing to do. It shows respect for all around and for the situation itself. When things are shown respect they can then unfold organically.

Good Luck

Dear @my_key,

Your words are so wise and i can relate my situation to them a lot!! While reading them, some rather unclear things have gained clarity. Is it right that from your statement i have to become more flexible by holding a sort of restraint? At first sight it seems paradoxal, but giving further thought it may be the right thing to do...I have already said that i ve got a contradicting personality so how could i fix this without a similar method?Guess that sometimes i am too much of an enthusiast. Thanks a bunch :D

I'd say it's more like turning the volume down on one radio station so that you can hear what is being played on all the others. Then, when you have heard what else is on offer, you can choose which one you like the sound of and broadcast that.
Everyone has a 'contradicting personality'. When the part playing the big bass drum gets in charge the rest can become drowned out or fight to be heard, resulting in a tense cachophony inside . One way to counter this is to work at becoming the conductor of the orchestra. Then the whole melody and the rhythm and bass sections can be heard in harmony. Every note gets played at the right time and at the right volume. The orchestra has a leader and plays in a balanced way.

Hello @my_key and sorry for the late reply!

I want to thank you loads again for your beautiful comparaison! you are indeed a wise person. I will keep in mind and give further thought at your orchestra methaphor. Not only in this particular case, but in others too! This is precious advice :)
