What are the chances of us getting together in France? 26.2.5>37

I know someone with whom I interacted quite a few times and this person now lives in France.
In the next year I'm moving to France as an exchange student and I wonder if there are any chances that we'll get into a relationship together.

I got 26.2.5>37.

I must confess I have anxiety issues that pull me back from achieving my desires and I'm hesitant about making a move - I believe that's why I got line 2. I'm working on it and slowly letting go of those destructive feelings.
Maybe line 5 is about me moving on from those issues.
Hexagram 37 is about us getting together after I do all the energy healing it's needed for me to finally start achieving my goals?!

What are your thoughts on it?
