I have spoken to the person since I got the hexagram. It didn't go too badly I just ran away while everything was good. Meaning I just popped up, said something, and ran away without a word. Yes the person did respond. No I didn't get any bad vibes or glares of (?). Although I'm a little worried I might have seemed abrupt but I wasn't rude and the thing is I didn't want to seem clingy.

There were 3 people in the group(and lots and lots of people around) and I think I might have shocked everyone when I just popped up(in that tiny little group). Luckily the person I talked to wasn't bothered but I did go very fast.
Revolution in a minute(literally). I have absolutely no idea of how it went and I've been resisting the urge to ask. I'll just see what happens next time.

The other thing is I had to literally go out of my comfort zone and I know I'm going to have to do it again! Do you think I'm going to have to do this comfort zone breaking thing on a regular basis?

Are you in habit of making mountains out of molehills? These hexagrams suggest you need to be friendly and easy going in your interactions, that this person you are interested is awesome and that maybe you should ask him/her out for a meal.


What is your comfort zone? When people start talking to me I talk back (unless they are super creepy or I'm in a bad mood). I think everyone except painfully shy people is the same in that respect. Just be chatty and cheerful, you can't go wrong with that.

You are probably very good at analysis, however this can be a hindrance in social situations.

Talking to people that I know directly or indirectly. I'm nervous talking to new people even if they seem nice. The only time I'm not is for work because then I've got a specific problem to solve and talking is just part of figuring out the problem although I'm still a tiny bit nervous there too until I get to the actual fixing part.

In that case you will have to get used to acting out of your comfort zone with this person at least until they become someone you know. You can't develop a relationship talking about just work.

I'm going to do that. I just feel super nervous.

Hello Everybody!

How have you been? I need some help with a casting. Same person as before.
I'm not feeling a click yet indicating I've understood what's been said so I thought
you could help me to see what I'm missing.

First question I asked:

What do I need to do about my relationship with ... at the moment?

hexagram 17, changing lines 4 and 6.

So I was a bit confused by the perseverance brings misfortune bit and I asked another question.

What will result if I keep trying to develop relationship with ...?

hexagram 50

Then I thought maybe that indicates something bad happening. I mean sometimes bad things transform you right? So I asked another question.

What do I need to know about relationship with ...?

hexagram 29,changing lines 4 and 6.

I'm sure anybody who gets something like bound with ropes and cords for 3 years going nowhere freaks out a bit.
Finally I stopped asking questions after this one.

What do I need to know about relationship with ... over this year?

hexagram 46, changing line 1 and 3.

Believe me, I know fully that feeling of feeling compelled to cast reading after reading - I do it myself - but I think it just muddies the waters.

Far better to just stick with one or 2 castings, and meditate on them, looking at all the angles.

I have found after years of using the Wilhelm, Legge, and Lynn translations, that Berkers is a simple and elegant tool for reflections and contemplation:
