What do I need to know about the possibility of romance with myself and Lady S? 23.4.5 to 12

I met a lady at my work who is quite pretty and has quite a pleasing manner, very feminine, dresses very nicely etc and shows some of the signs of when a woman likes a guy. I don't normally date women at work though - it's generally bad practice - and she's probably a good amount of years younger than me (maybe mid 20s, I'm late 30s). But of course I was curious to ask Yi of its counsel.

Interestingly the future hexagram was 12 - this is the 4th time out of the last 22 readings I did in the past 10 weeks where the future hexagram was 12 - almost 20% which is quite significant perhaps statistically - and is the hexagram of decline. The other times I asked twice about two other women in my life, and another time just 'what do I need to know now?"

Regarding 23.4 this is negative sounding "misfortune" but 23.5 says "everything acts to further", so not sure how you should consider it if you get both of these together.

Wondered if anyone has any thoughts on this.

23.4.5 - 12 : this is a completely offbeat answer because you are not in the middle of a separation from this woman you barely know.... However, Yi tells you about a severe separation (line 4).
First hypothesis : this woman has just separated, so she is free
Second hypothesis : What can this resonate with in your life? A person is going through a separation, who do you think of ?

I see 23.4 as a reference to your idea that dating women from work is generally a bad practice and 23.5 as advice to question this belief ? Perhaps it's time to test it? Perhaps string together some positive experiences by creating lots of friendships at work? Smile more at everybody?

I see 12. Stagnation as advice on how to extricate oneself from worthless or no longer helpful situations or beliefs and listening more to one's own personal intuition.

All in all I think you are recognizing where you have been caught up in herd mentality beliefs about love (can't happen at work, can't happen between certain ages) and now you are waking up and experiencing the truth: Love has no boundaries, love always finds a way!

Yes it is very possible. In any case, with 23-12, there is necessarily a form of regeneration after a separation, a rebirth to move on. This is what we see with Line 5 coming as a solution: "A school of fish. The favor comes through the ladies of the court. Everything is advantageous. »
