This company pursued me before and they came back and now pursuing me even harder. I asked the question before whether to go to this company or stay at my current company and it sounds like if I go I may be working harder for same pay. today I asked what I need to know about this company and received 18.2.

The corruption, is this from my own inner indecisiveness or actually referring the this company that is pursuing me. Does this corruption mean that this company is only showing me roses and lilies however the roses has big dangerous thorns and the lilies are toxic to the touch?

Line 2, ancestral mother's corruption, does this mean that this company will be extremely controlling of my time and flexibility and will always be watching my every move? Do I need to dig and do more research and understand every possibility and limitations regarding the process and procedures of this company? To me this line doesn't sound very positive. Perhaps this is also addressing that I'm too motherly in my response to this company and afraid to hurt anyone's feelings?

I also asked are there any positives working for this company and received 40 unchanging.

This sounds like the positives are not enough to move forward and telling me to turn back meaning stay at my current position? What about the southwest positioning, what is this insinuating?

There are many potentially better readings than 18.2>52, so I'd say not to doubt yourself; it's not an offer I'd consider. There may be changes and improvements going on at the company right now related to 40, so, who knows, down the road it may be worth looking at (18 also indicates a waiting period), but at this time it might just mean chaos.

According to W/B the southwest means "at such times we ought to make our way back to ordinary conditions as soon as possible; this is the meaning of 'the southwest.'"

Thank you Iams girl. I just came back from a long weekend meditation retreat and was not able to Memorize a new passage since i’ve been having anxieties about responding to this company. I meditated on other passages That i have memorized and found more clarity regarding my questions and reading. If I’m feeling anxiety accepting an offer with this company that’s not a good sign and i should follow and listen to my intuitions.

You had mentioned that perhaps in the future could be a possibility once they make some changes and improvements. The manager said he can extend the offer and wait until August or September for me to come on board. Just making it even more difficult for me to say no. Perhaps their true colors will appear knowing that I’m hesitant and not willing to make the move/change any time soon. Thank you again for helping me validate my intuitions.

The question "what do I need to know" is very often problematic. Because then you can't tell what the answer refers to exactly. In such dilemmas I usually ask two questions. Result if I accept, and result if I refuse.

There are many factors to consider with both companies besides pay such as stability, upward mobility, travel time, retirement options, whether like your coworkers, your superiors, and whether it's truly your chosen line of work. I wouldn't know what works for you, but like Dimanda suggested, maybe asking what it would look like staying with your current company would help you better decide whether to stay or consider the other offer. You could also do another reading closer to August or September to see how or if things have changed if you kept the other company's offer open. I can appreciate it's not easy to know what's best with companies changing so rapidly now a days, but being in such demand sounds like a credit to your choices so far.
