What do we need to know about this world leader? 9.3.5 > 4141

This is a leader of a large country. (No, not Trump.) News and editorials always have such different views of this leader, thought I'd see what the I Ching said. Rather surprised at this response.

According to LiSe:

The great image says:
at the foot of the mountain is a marsh: diminishing
The noble one controls anger and restrains passion
Get rid of all conditioning and forms. You think you need them for being present in the world, for being visible, being you. But what they do is hide you. They hide your soul, your essence, your creativity, and they can even destroy all this.
If you dare to be your naked self, you will be amazed how great and rich it is. Diminishing is augmenting. Only an empty cauldron can receive others and blessings. The sea is low and open, and all rivers flow into it.
Let go in order to find.

Sounds like a powerful leader who could do a lot of harm, but prefers to work things out. Also sounds like this leader is misunderstood. But then, most leaders are.

41. Time of Decrease. The leader may not have the strong support of his countrymen or the country itself may in the midst of hard times. Therefore the leader must be careful not to be (9.3) impatient or try to do too much too soon. He needs to cultivate (9.5) strong ties with allies to support his intentions.

As far as what this might be saying we need to know about this leader it sounds to me as if he/she may want to make friends but others should be wary as to what this leader has to offer.

Thanks, rosada. I think you've hit the nail on the head. Wants to make friends, we should be wary. But at least there seems to be room to negotiate, navigate around what might have been , at an earlier time, insurmountable differences. "A clear and definite maybe" as basis for relations.
