I would think, if you follow the evolution of the thread ....

I'd really like to hear what Sven has to say, and to know who said this - and that's why I asked these questions. He's under no obligation to respond, but I'd rather communicate with him than follow threads or second-guess what he might be thinking or feeling - and as you said; you, I and others can add to this whenever (and however) we feel like it.

You don't need to second guess if you read the thread.

If you won't read the thread why would you expect someone to explain what is in it. Why would you think the quote had to connect with the thread title when there's been a long conversation in between.

You say you'd rather communicate with him than follow threads but we are talking about this thread not random other threads. You are looking at the thread title and asking how the quote connects to that without reading the thread. Point is you could read the thread to see how it got to the quote.

Finally: I got this input (#28) spontaneously to sort of sum all of this up, also in a poetic way - which I felt OK
