My friend and I have been fighting for a year now. He won't talk to me, except sometimes, he seems friendlier then changes again. So I asked the Iching what is happening between us:

10.5 one of you is being resolute about something, but at the same time aware of the dangers that this kind of resoluteness brings with it (just went through this hex with my mother, not fun at all this one.)
10.6 I think this one may be referring to you in terms of trying to figure out what has been going on and what is your friend's behavior all about.
45 offers a backdrop for the two of you - you trying to be the leader in this situation who is collected and trying to be prepared for the unforeseen.
