What is it with her? 54.3.4 to 11

Hello,

I had a very short story with this person about two years ago. After couple months together I broke up.

I broke up with no proofs but I felt cheated all the time. I'm sure I have misjudged many aspects of the relationship but although she wasn't the purest soul, I came to terms with my share of rushing mistakes.

I let some time pass. Two years I don't hear from her now, but I keep thinking about this person. I had others little adventures, stories, but I'm okay to be on my own. I just keep going but she is stuck on my mind.

So I've asked: what is it with her?

I got 54 with mutating 3 and 4 and all changing into hexagram 11

I think especially the 3rd line is giving out something I see.

This pictures the situation of a person who longs too much for joys that
cannot be obtained in the usual way. He enters upon a situation not
altogether compatible with self-esteem.

This makes sense.
But then there's line 4.

Nine in the fourth place means:
The marrying maiden draws out the allotted time.
A late marriage comes in due course.

The girl is virtuous. She does not wish to throw herself away, and allows the
customary time for marriage to slip by. However, there is no harm in this;
she is rewarded for her purity and, even though belatedly, finds the husband
intended for her.

I'm still confused. Any help?

Update. I asked if she loves me and I got: 36.4 to 55

I take it you mean, how are things for her and between us these days. She seems to have found a new lover, however the situation is weird because that guy also has another girfriend. Resulting 11 shows that somehow all of them have managed to accept it and live peacefully together.

She has been observing you, to get to know you well, your true character, your secrets. So it does sound like she's interested in you, for some reason that we can't know.

When you say 'what is it with her?' I wonder if you are asking why you still yearn for her? It's not that clear what you are asking. I don't think you are asking what she is actually doing are you?

54.3.4- remember what 54 tells us- "the wise, through continuous endings, know what is worn out". The Marrying Maiden is about recognizing when a process has ended- we don't always get what we want. It always makes me sad. But being sad and wanting what you lack won't change these endings. I think the Yi is speaking not about this person you dated, but about you- there is a Marrying Maiden inside your mind who wanted something real with this person but for whatever reasons it seems it didnt work out- Line 3 tells us that the maiden was going to marry, but her ambitions were frustrated. Line 4 tells us that the maiden "turns things around, marries as a second wife"- Yi is saying here that though you couldnt get the real relationship you wanted with the woman on your mind, you can still find it, now- in the present.
The way to do this is shown by 11, Harmony/Flow- be at peace with what is happening. Live right now, even though this person may have a place in your heart- what's real is the process you are a part of as you are living it.

36.4 to 55- I think once again Yi is speaking about your mental state in asking this question- your perception is clouded, literally your light is darkened, you don't have the information you need to know or understand whether she still loves you or not. What there is in that darkness of unknowing is a spark of light- there is something for you to gain in not knowing the answer, the freedom to "leave the courtyard".
