I need to feel closer to you, today I treat this forum as a "dear diary" (I hope you don't mind) so surely I won't be the only one, but I've always been a person who created my own days (I always tried to do something) being with friends, meeting new people, walking around the city ... due to the covid this is no longer possible. I can't take it anymore and after a year I think I have entered a deep depression. so i asked: what is the cause of my unhappiness? hexagram 50.1.5>1 I cannot understand if the iching is advising me to cook my creativity slowly and serve it or that it is simply telling me that the cause is me. maybe it means a be patient in a while you will be able to express yourself to the fullest again, remove negative thoughts. your suggestions are always appreciated.

Hi, I'm really sorry to read this. I understand you. Many people around me are in your situation. I think the cast is deeply positive: the situation is not static, is evolving, so, maybe you feel down, but you're not depressed (hypothesis, I'm not a doctor, Yi neither!).

The first line tells you that you really have to get rid of garbage from your mind, like that you have to clea your thoughts, don't be scared about them, they ate just thoughts not actions, and they don't have to control you, you control them! Find your asset, as Yi says. Find your balance. Line 5 tells you that you can do it!

yes, it's not an easy situation for any of us. It's a pleasure to help people, especially in this situation.
I completely agree with your perspective on Yi! I'd suggest you to read, practice some sport (at home aswell) and use this amount of time in doing what makes you happy, what you wanted to do in the last years but u couldn't cause u didn't have time! In our modern societies, we don't have time, we also always need to be occupied: try Yoga or meditation as well!
