What outcome to L's communication?

Ok. very important question. Feels life or death.

An advocate is helping me sort out my care in mental health system. They have sent an e mail to one key person and we are awaiting a response. But it is slow in coming.

So question: What will be the outcome of L's communication with D?

Answer: Hex 1. 2.5. 50

Part of answer said ' They will come late, maybe after 10 days' (is this to be taken literally?)

Seems auspicious in general, any more comment appreciated..

As I read it, it is saying that after a delay you will get all the support you need.
