Hex 14.4 you are in a difficult position regarding your job, friction of some kind, so keep a low profile and do not be envious or set youself up in competion with others.

Hex 14.5 if you remain honest and sincere you will gain friends but always watch out for back stabbers.

Hex 14.6 you will be lucky, so remain modest and you will be successful.

Hex 5 bide your time for the moment, make no move, this will lead to success. There are problems to overcome but don't worry about it, be patient. When the time is right, then you will be able to move forward with your plans or whatever regarding your job, so until then eat, drink and be merry for success is around the corner. Travel will be good as well.

Hex 5 indicates end of February, 2007?

The most valuable thing you have right now in your job situation is your ability to wait and pay attention. I'd say there's something to be learned.

Be polite too.

I would say, be royal, a king or a queen, depending on your gender.
No need to be timid or shy. No need to be aggressive either. Be mellow.
But wear your crown and occupy your throne.

It's not a matter of what you do but of what you are, what you feel you are.

14. Possession in Great Measure.

Count your blessings. Recognize what's good.

5. Waiting

Things will ultimately change. Whether they will change for the better depends on how well you do 14.

LOL what great answers. Thank you all very much.

Willowfox, your reading gave me the shivers. I hope to be able to give you some feedback about that shortly.

"No need to be timid or shy. No need to be aggressive either. Be mellow.
But wear your crown and occupy your throne."

I have always felt secure in my job. And my superiors know how to make me feel like royalty. Just before I consulted the I Ching I saw the new org chart for 2007, and I wanted to know if I should make a change before they make their changes. I couldn't tell how their changes would impact my job.

"Things will ultimately change. Whether they will change for the better depends on how well you do 14."

Yes they will ultimately change. But after this casting I feel secure to stick with my current game plan. I'm confident the changes won't impact me negatively.

Again, thank you all very much
