So i think Yi is advising you to see great people? Possibly bring in the law? Or maybe to discuss it with them at least, might give you an indication of what you need to do...

The 'south' is also to do with friendship and feeling at home, isnt it? Maybe you need to discuss this with your friends, or people who know the situation? (kinda presuming you know the 'stalker' as most people apparently do when they are being stalked.

54 is nuclear hex...so a situation that is out of your control..or one that means stepping out of your known world? I read somewhere that 54 means being in a situation thats completley alien to you, and you have to adapt?

So maybe by talking to the police (great man) they can give you some pointers on how you need to 'adapt' to the situation, the 'south', moving towards a comforting and protective place, being supported by others in a safe environment...

It is my neighbour next door but one - there is a house between us.

She made advances several years ago which alerted me - I got busy
moved away. The new thing was she dismantled her fence to cross
the mans' garden (he never uses it) to get into mine ! There was a
big hole cut in a 20 yr old wisteria so she could see from her kitchen window
when I was in my garden.(yikes)

now it is like creeping round me and snide comments like my house is
painted like ethnic minority house (what ?) and my dog is brain damaged
- like your door hun' give us a key to your house....weird just weird

my other neighbour approached me today and said = she's obsessed with you
isn't she ? so thankfully someone else has noticed. WIll follow the advices

Hello, maybe you haven`t seen this one with hex 46 UN http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/friends/showthread.php?t=15318 still in works, as I suspect yours may be or was for a longer time then you know maybe...these things can take a lot time...perhaps try to figure what is making her targeting you?
Didn`t you have that cast about what will happen if you move back into the country and there was this one line- last? about talking or being watched or simillar? Patience

will just add looked at Rosadas' thread and indeed people get
stuck in a loop and dont see it - they attach and draw on the
other persons' strength. They need to be pushed to grow up and
away on their path.

i was touching up the front of the house at the weekend
and some masonry paont came away. This evening I went to
return something to my textile class and the paint shards had
been pushed under the front door. I immediately thought of this
neighbour who often says she looks through the window at the dog
- or noted I had gone out and left a tea light burning - could she have
a key

my blood boiled - I asked Yi who put the paint through and received
18.6 > 46 - I guess the repeat of 46 confirms who i think it is?

Weird stuff hopex - keep a diary of all the incidences - it makes you feel empowered and you can take it to the police when it gets long enough but first Iwould give her a copy and see if that makes her stop.
Don't do it as a revenge thing, do it because you wish to find yourself in a peaceful environment - inner and outer self.
