When a hexagram changes into its opposite or inverse?

I'd love to hear your thoughts as to whether or not there's anything magical about hexagrams changing into their opposite or inverse.

My example is 45 to 46 because that's what I got as an answer today. I'm just wondering if there's anything important to note about such a transition.

If you believe that the hexagrams are in pairs, describing two sides to one issue, then this might indicate that you are at the fulcrum between the two.

Into inverse is more common than into opposite,
which requires all six lines to change.
Inverse you get a prize.
Opposite you get a wish.

Seriously though,
Some inverses are also opposites,some opposites are also reverses, etc. I would take the opportunity to learn everything I could about that particular dimension, and then play "Master That Paradox"

i got 23 to 43 a while back and was a bit baffled by it, with the six lines changing and all that.

they're opposites, right? so i get a wish? bradford? (kidding).

i have a sense 23 to 43 still applies to my current situation, i was asking about a general feeling i'm still experiencing, so if you have any comments that'd be great.
