Hi

I think plan B line 3 hexagram 41 is talking about working things out in one way or another and line 6 seems really good.

Wilhelm/Baynes: If one is increased without depriving others, there is no blame. Perseverance brings good fortune. It furthers one to undertake something. One obtains servants but no longer has a separate home. [Through perseverance and zealous work a man wins success and finds helpers as they are needed. But what he accomplishes is not a limited private advantage; it is a public good and available to everyone… There are loyal helpers, but not for promoting family interests.]

This leads to hexagram 11, which is a great path to take

Is this a group project by any chance or not?

Hi steve,I would say this is an individual project which i will need to involve a colleague(X). But this colleague(X) is also working on a current project with another colleague(Y)I will need to plan my action properly. If i take up too much time from X, Y might not be happy.Line 3. If i work with X, does it mean Y will leave us to work on our project?

maybe or maybe not, maybe you will find someone else, line 6 is advising on not depriving others, you should possibly look for someone, not sure entirely.
Either way this seems to me to be the correct path, its a matter of working out possibly the most ethical way.
