Why Am I Unhappy? Hex 63.3.5>24

This is a question I asked a few days ago now, and I've been trying to figure out exactly what the answer is supposed mean.

The I Ching would seem to be telling me that yes I have been going through a rough patch but I am well on the road to full recovery (24 Returning) but not quite there yet. Hexagram 63 points out that I am on the right track, but to keep going. This point seems to be emphasized by line 3 where it seems to talk about continuing to do battle with the negativities of "Demon/Devil Country" and not giving whatever this represents an inch.

I am unsure of where line 5 fits in.

I would very much be grateful of any input on this...have I understood correctly what I see in this so far?

Something is already decided; you have made some transition, but there is still quite a battle ahead. The demons in Line 3 take different forms, but it simply means that having decided is not enough, you will have to actually battle for some time to come. Line 5 indicates that you will not be asked to do more than you can do. What is required of you is within your power. There is an indication that you can give a small amount in a meaningful way and have great results. Only you can say what area that might be in regard to...but the great results are likely to be in the emotional or spiritual realm, and would help you through this rough period.

Could it be that you feel incomplete??? Is there something from your past that you are missing? Or that you would like to return to? An idea, opportunity? I don't know but that is how I would read it if it was me.

Hi sorry I've taken so long to reply. Hectic weekend.

That's actually a very interesting way of looking at it. Because yes, I do feel there is something missing..both spiritually and emotionally. And very possibly Hex 24 is giving me the advice that I need to retrace my steps back to whatever used to fulfil my life in that regard. Very interesting indeed. Thank you for that
