I am in a "situationship" with someone who is very reserved and emotionally controlled.

My question was - Why doesn't he love me. ANSWER 20.6

I don't know what this means. Maybe it means it's not for the greater good for him to?

Then I realized I was making an assumption so I asked Does he love me? ANSWER 52.2.3 this confuses me even more. Does this mean he just has sexual feelings and nothing more? Or that he is holding something back?

I'd appreciate any type of insight or interpretation.

20.6 seems to confirm your description of this man being reserved and emotionally controlled. The line describes seeing things from a dispassionate point of view and a desire not to be caught up in worldly affairs. Thus it appears he does not want to be owned by anyone or manipulated by his feelings.

52.2 3 might be saying he is aware that he has acted in ways that might lead you to believe that he cares but he doesn't want to make a further commitment.
Not a very encouraging reading but this could just be the I Ching mirroring back to you what you are feeling to give you a chance to consider it things really are as bad as this sounds.
