Why has X gone silent? 50.6 > 32

I asked i-ching why a potential manager whom I had a good meeting with has gone silent.

Answer I got was: 50.6 > 32.

This is a strange answer! Any thoughts?

Ok - I have an update. She got back to me and said that wanted me to do more work before taking me on (which is ridiculous because I have more work experience than most actors)

Anyway, I met another agent - who I felt would be a better fit for me. I asked the i-ching what his decision would be. (I know it's needy to ask the iching again but I really liked this dude).

I got 19.4 > 54.

I'm a bit confused about this reading since 19.4 seems quite positive but 54 not so much. Did I mess up something somehow?
