I've been looking to buy a car for some time now and always check reviews. This one sounds ok for a little run around which is what I'm after but I'd still like to know why she's selling it - she says it's to get a bigger car.

Sounds to me like it was an impulsive buy and she's encountering difficulties with the performance of the car and most of the time it's sitting at home.

It may be a better idea to wait until I get to Sydney to buy a car -

Yes I've been stagnated in terms of not being able to go far without a car.

I'm not really understanding line 2 but line 6 seems to say I will join forces with someone and find the right car for me.

The casting suggests that it is to get a bigger car. Line 3 is the line of trouble, and line 6 the line of limitation. The car is too small for her family (37) concerns, although these concerns may be driving bridge club members about or some such. I got nowhere until I remembered that the visual of hexagram 3 is the carriage of an official. Still, I'd want a mechanic to check the car before buying.
