I wasn't included in an event. I asked why?
I receive 14.4.6 - 11. I don't I understand the answer.

Richmond: He restrains his great resources. No error.
Wilhelm: He makes a difference between himself and his neighbor. No blame.
I can see this line in two ways:
You haven't contributed enough to earn the place at this event (time/money/work ...)
Or the people at this event are not important for your life path, you don't need to be with them at all.

14.6 Accept this and move on. The heaven will help you, don't worry.

Your question is like asking, "Why didn't they include me?" Often the I Ching doesn't answer this sort of question, which is asking about other people. I think the I Ching is suggesting that you manage yourself better so that these other people are not so important to you. It is also telling you that you are under the protection of Heaven, and this is certainly one of the best lines in all of the I Ching! So I repeat ashteroid's words: Don't worry.
