Context: I have been on the job search for 11 months with several interviews and no feedback, 1 frozen offer, and most recently 1 pending offer. Although it was my plan to attend a coding bootcamp in addition to the Computer Science classes I am taking, most of the bootcamps seem like a scam so things in that manner did not work out. A start-up company with a finance position popped up and an offer is imminent, yet I am nervous due to a lack of experience, expectations.

Will an offer be made? Hexagram 43.1 to 28
I want this to say "don't act" , but instead I think this says, "When one goes and is not equal to the task, one makes a mistake." I am not sure if that hints this role/job will be too much given there are only 2 finance people in a start-up environment and it will be difficult to succeed confidently.

Is this a good match for me? Hexagram 37.1.4 to 33
Think 37.1 says form strong relationships with people and (line 4) I should be docile and not associate with inferiors? Retreat from worry about whether or not I will be a good match?

How will I cope on this role? Hex 30
This says try to cling to the possibility of a positive outcome no matter how unlikely it may seem.

It looks to me 43.1>28 is saying be careful that the job may be too much for you to handle (similar to your interpretation) but 37.1.4>33 gives me an impression that stay with your current job. I'm not sure where you got 37.4, but it's saying that "she's a treasure of the house, good fortune" and line 1 says "firm seclusion within a family, remorse disappears", so perhaps things will eventually work out for you with your current job. I'm not sure if you have a job now but it could be your current plan.

That's the feeling I get. I am unemployed and with no job for quite some time. The plan was to just continue coding and go to a coding bootcamp but they seem like scams for the most part.

It seems like 30!gives you the advice to cling on to the possibilities. I know it's tough when you can't see what's ahead, but the readings don't seem to indicate anything negative here. So hang in there
Best of luck to you!
