32 and 48 both speak of permanence, so I think he and you will always be nearby. He won't go away (48 - water never ceases).

About .4 and .5, I think they point out that the initiative belongs to him, not you. If he calls you should answer, but not the other way. And they also can be saying that this relationship is not of a deep/close kind, something casual perhaps ('.4 no game', and '.5 evil for the man [to follow woman]'), just friends?

Sounds to me like if you are able to reach out to him and ask him very sincerely how this misunderstanding could be resolved, this attitude could lead to a reunion.

Then a different set of rules would apply. In 32 one can see a hidden relative: it is "Sibling", useful to represent siblings, friends, colleagues. So, it was easy to assume that he is the hidden friend. But if he is not a friend but a boyfriend or husband or couple, then the "sibling" relative is nt useful to represent him.

I interpreted that as meaning yes, the misunderstanding can be dissolved if you are willing to have an attitude of Youthful Folly and Dispersion - that is, a willingness to assume the misunderstanding was truly a silly misunderstanding and that you want to dissolve it and have absolutely no ego attachment as to who may have been "right" or "wrong".

However, as he made it clear he doesn't want to talk, it is also reasonable to interpret 4.5 - 59 as meaning, "It would be utter folly to think trying to reconnect would lead to a closer bond. More likely it would only make it more clear that the bonds have dissolved."

.5 gives a feeling of 25, of 'just be', don't plan anything. And h59 says - dissolve the wish.
