Well my older boy marticulated and interviewed for what is pretty much his dream job. It's been his love since being a small child actually, but he played it cool although they could tell since he knew all the inside language. Looks hopeful! But I cautioned him even if you don't it might mean something better at another place could happen.
Anyway so I asked the Yi "Will he get the job?"

63.2 > 5.
5
as context is what he is doing, waiting to hear back.

63.2 says "Wilhelm/Baynes: The woman loses the curtain of her carriage. Do not run after it; on the seventh day you will get it. "
Siu: The man is not accorded the protective confidence of his superiors. In his desire to achieve something, he is tempted to seek it and draw it to himself. He should not do so, but should remain patient and faithful. What is truly his will come to him eventually.
Wing: You are suddenly exposed, whether by your own hand or by circumstances beyond your control. Do nothing. Don't try to cover up, or attempt to make a case for your position. This time of conspicuousness will soon pass."

So this is I think somewhat literal in this situation, losing the curtain means they are able to take a look at him. he is exposed and they are "screening" him. But the time indicated is the high water mark of one stage and the beginning of another. The position is central and correct. Not exactly a yes or no, rather than answering my question and divining the future, it seems the Yi chooses to simply offer advice and point to the state of change. It is also interesting that this is how the Yi describes the situation.

Now my second question. I was playing some of my originals saturday night at an open mic. And people were jumping around and clapping and shouting along, one kid bought me dinner, his sister wants me to produce her record, a singer in a pretty well known 60's band was doing a Groucho Marx raising his eyebrows... And I thought - gee, what the hell is going on here?
So I asked the Yi - "What was that?"
18 Unchanging.
Work on what has been spoiled. Fixing.
I used to think 18 meant decay itself, corruption itself, but I have come to see it actually as a verb, having the meaning of fixing decay. Time has shown me where I thought it meant someone was corrupt in fact the inverse was true, they were a good person that was trying to repair things that are broken or in need of fixing. Feel kind of bad for misjudging them actually, although it was long ago. I think now of the words "restoration" and of repair when I see this hex now.
The owner of this place lost her son that pretty much built it a few months back. Shattered everyone, and a lot of the kids working there just step in to help from time to time. COVID isolation hasn't help people much anyway.
There is nothing corrupt or decadent about my songs either, they are funny, at least 3 good hooks in every one... I think maybe people needed to heal - and I was helping them to do that.
