My employee who is working out his notice has breached
a confidentiality clause.

He intimated he would extend his notice period but I have
said no - leave forthwith he is leaking internal matters to
competition and being blatant about but spouting employment
law.

I asked will he leave the response from Yi was perplexing.
Namaste:bows:

Looking good on the surface, glossing over the situation.

Being paid for not working and not wanting a black mark on his employment record. I don't know UK employment language, but in the US I would tell him him he can resign immediately or be fired for cause - his choice. If he is humble and contrite, in a financial bind, you might consider some kind of severance pay, meeting him halfway. Maybe signing a NDA "non disclosure agreement" for that pay, maybe you agree to keep his employment record there private.

Wow lavalamp spot on! Yes he wants max pay for not doing right
let me go early on full pay and benefits and I will say no more.

and wanting to keep good appearance........now that does make sense
It does not say whether he will go but is clarifying his M.O.
cheers lavalamp - it has just occurred to me Its like an exploitation of
the situation.

Hum Lavalamp since you are jogging along with me here - I am
about to fire off back to the new place I have been opening.
Hence not on top of this matter here.

I asked Yi what would happen if I headed ff vack out of town for
a day or so and got 47.4 >29 not good huh

But when asked what will happen if I stay I got 51 -

I want to get off / but dont like line 4 in 47 just going to see
what LiSe says she is sometimes offers a softer take

Well in this situation if you stay I think 51 is kinda what you want. Clear the air, a little Thunder shaking folks up, a little more respect and reverence around the place, everybody move on get back to work, there's nothing to see here.

47.4 sounds like your Assistants really do not want to deal with this. They'll get it done, having no choice, but not as quickly and clearly as you would like. 29 sounds like you need to do what you need to do however, flow on and teach and get things moving to make things successful overall. Your sincerity is needed to make these things work.
