Will I be able to obtain from my professional order the admission to the state examinations? Hexagram 3.1.3 > 39 and hexagram 9.1> 57

Hi! I have throwed three coins and I have asked to Yi if my professional Order will allow me to do the state examination, and I have got the most awful answer ever: hexagram 3.1.3 > 39 wich resushed to my ears as a “without proper guidance or adequate support you will not succeed”.

I tried then to ask Yi who I should have asked for help and I had in response the hexagram 9.1 > 57 that could means “come back”. But come back where? Some interpretations say that the return suggested by the mobile line is a return to themselves until things happen spontaneously, but I really cannot see my professional Order taking me by hand and tell me: “Come on, come!' If I do absolutely nothing. So maybe I have to leave where I live?

What is your interpretation of the twos hexagrams?

I would add that I could only ask this at my Order in the end of the year and will most probably happened in 2022. I am taking the first steps to do this at the moment. But I really did not expect such a negative answer from Yi
