For your first question "will I find a better job?" Answer 15.5>39. I can see why you read the translation that way. I some what agree. So I'll just tell you how I seen it, when I read the translation. It seems like a yes answer. I was thinking it said something along the lines of (you have what it takes and are capable of getting a better job. Friends or someone will come along that can further assist you. Be sure not to brag, remain humble with people, as you never know who could be of help. Organize
your thoughts, put your energy in it, focus. You will have success.)

For your second question, "should I take the interview despite my low interest level?" I think this answer sort of mirrors you, could be like a reflection of how you are feeling. But I would take the advice as, (yes, take the interview. You have a low interest level now but if you keep an open mind, it may lead to new doors, a better job, or maybe even end up being the job you need. Seems like something good may come from
this interview. But do keep in mind the specifics of what it is you are looking for in a job.)

I agree with Blue_Angel that the answers to both questions you asked is Yes. Yi is counseling you to take vigorous action and in this way banish the feelings you have now towards your current work.
